Feathery, pink-tinged plumes appear atop tall stems, rising above the foliage of this showy ornamental grass, maturing in fall to light tan and cream. Seeds provide food for birds. Effective accent or mass planting. Performs well in a variety of garden settings, even moist borders of a stream or pond.
