Penny™ Primrose Picotee Pansy has masses of beautiful yellow flowers with powder blue overtones, gold eyes and purple edges at the ends of the stems from early spring to late fall, which are most effective when planted in groupings. Its crinkled round leaves remain green in color throughout the season.
