A 1963 All-America Selections winner, this charming variety may be shorter, but still produces an abundance of cheerful blossoms in a wide range of colors. Zinnias thrive in heat, bloom all season, and are very easy to grow. Each individual flower lasts a very long time on the plant or in a vase.

When to Sow Outside: RECOMMENDED. 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date.

When to Start Inside: 4 to 6 weeks before your average last frost date. Transplant outdoors after last frost. Zinnias do not benefit from being sown early; wait for warmer weather
